ISTE National Education Technology Standards for Students (NET-S)
Technology should be thought of as a tool for students to use. NETS-S promote several higher order thinking skills and digital citizenship skills that are important for students to live and learn in our emerging global society. www.iste.org

National Education Standards Teachers (NETS-T)
NETS-T were originally released in 2000, following the acclaimed NETS for students in 1998, which set the bar for integration of technology in education. NETS-T 2000 defined the fundamental concepts, knowledge, skills, and attitudes for applying technology in educational settings. www.iste.org

National Education Technology Standards for Administrators (NETS-A)
Administrators play a pivotal role in determining how well technology is used in our schools. The NETS for Administrators enable us to define what administrators need to know and be able to do in order to discharge their responsibility as leaders in the effective use of technology in our schools. www.iste.org
