PCHS Summer Office Hours

Park City High School offices are closed for the summer. The Main Office and Registrar’s Office will re-open August 6. The Counseling Office will re-open August 13. Summer office hours will be Monday-Friday from 8:30am-3:00pm (closed 12:00-1:00pm).

Transcript Requests during the Summer

Graduates may request an official transcript be sent to a college or university by entering a transcript request in their Naviance account. HOWEVER, if the college or recipient does NOT accept electronic transcripts via Naviance (indicated by a “stamp” icon), a paper copy must be mailed. Also note that scholarships and athletic programs do NOT accept electronic transcripts via Naviance.

For an official mailed paper transcript, or to make sure your transcript is sent by a deadline, contact the District Office via phone at 435-645-5600 or in person at 2700 Kearns Blvd.

Graduation Pictures

Did you see the Lifetouch photographer taking pictures as our graduates received their diploma folders? If you want to buy a copy of your graduate’s photo, go to, choose “Prestige Senior/Graduation Portraits,” fill in your contact info, and click “Submit.” Lifetouch will send you an email link when the portraits are ready for purchase.

Q4 Report Cards

Quarter 4 Report Cards are ready to view/print in PowerSchool: Parents and students can sign into PowerSchool and click the “Report Card” icon to view and print the report card as needed.

Note: PowerSchool will not be available during most of July due to end of year state reporting and updating of servers and software.

New Student Enrollment

New student enrollment will begin August 6. Information will be posted on the New Student Enrollment page by August 1.

TMJH 9th graders are automatically transferred to PCHS for 10th grade–they do not need to be re-enrolled.
