Welcome to SchooLinks, Park City Miners!

  • SchooLinks Login
    • Select the Log in with Clever option. 
    • Search for Park City High School, and select the one for Park City School District, UT (with the UT).
    • Then select Grade 2-12 and Staff Log in with Google. If you are already logged into your school Google account, you will get right in. If not, you will be prompted to log into your school Google/email account first.

SchooLinks is a college and career readiness platform used by school districts to help students explore their interests, plan for their future, and prepare for post-secondary education and careers. It provides tools for career exploration, college and financial aid searches, scholarship applications, and resume building. It's a centralized hub for students, counselors, and even parents to manage college and career planning activities.

College Application Manager for Seniors

SchooLinks’s College Application Manager serves as an easy way for Seniors to keep track of all the application steps and materials needed to submit to colleges, but it is NOT an application portal. Students still need to submit their college applications using the methods offered by the colleges where they’re applying, including the Common App.

PCHS will use SchooLinks to fulfill college application requirements. The SchooLinks College Application Manager allows Seniors to:
- Track the progress and requirements for their college applications.
- Organize all the application materials for the colleges they are applying to.
- Request their application materials, including transcripts, letters of recommendation, etc., to be sent to the desired institutions.

Parent and Guardian Access

Parent/Guardian access to SchooLinks will be available in the future. For now, parents and students can experience SchooLinks together using the student's Clever login.

Alumni Access after Graduation

PCHS Alumni, beginning with the class of 2026, will continue to have access to their SchooLinks account after graduation if they provide their personal email address in their Senior Graduation Survey. The Clever log in will work until about the end of June after graduation. After that, alumni will need to use the steps outlined in the Alumni Access to SchooLinks handout (will be posted by June 2026). 
NOTE: Once a student rolls over into an Alumni account, any guardian accounts associated with it will no longer be connected to the Alumni account.

A Note about Naviance:
As of June 2025, Park City High School no longer uses Naviance. Alumni may still have access to their Naviance Student account if they provided their personal email address on their Senior Graduation Survey. However, alumni can no longer request transcripts in Naviance. To see if you still have access, use the steps outlined in the Alumni Access to Naviance handout.
